Driver App Terms of Use

Last updated 26 August 2026 · Applies to the ValetPro Driver application for Android

1. What this app is

The ValetPro Driver app is a work tool for valet staff. It records vehicles taken into custody, where they are parked, the condition they were in, and when they were returned. It is provided by ValetPro (“we”, “us”) to companies who subscribe to the ValetPro platform, for use by their staff.

By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Who may use it

Only staff of a valet company that subscribes to ValetPro, using credentials issued to them by that company. There is no public sign-up. You must be at least 18.

⚠️ Your employer controls your account. They can create it, restrict it, and switch it off. If your employment ends, or your employer’s subscription ends, your access ends with it.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself. Everything done under your account is attributed to you, and those records are used to establish who had custody of a vehicle and when. Sharing a login destroys that, so do not do it.

If you think someone else has your credentials, tell your employer immediately.

4. Using it honestly

You agree not to:

— record a vehicle, condition, or handover that did not happen, or omit one that did;

— photograph people, or anything other than the vehicle and its condition, using the app’s camera features;

— use guest contact details for any purpose other than returning their vehicle;

— attempt to access records belonging to another company, venue, or driver;

— reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or the services behind it.

⚠️ The condition photographs and videos this app takes are evidence. They may be relied on in a dispute with a guest, or in an insurance claim. Falsifying them is a serious matter between you and your employer, and may be unlawful.

5. Guests’ information

You will handle guests’ vehicles and sometimes their contact details. Treat both with care. Do not photograph a guest, do not share a guest’s details outside the app, and do not use them to contact anyone for a reason unconnected with returning a vehicle.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the app working, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption. It depends on your device’s network connection, on your employer’s subscription remaining active, and on services we do not control.

⚠️ The app can queue some work while you are offline and send it when you reconnect. Do not assume that anything you record is saved until the app confirms it. If you are unsure, check the ticket before releasing the vehicle.

7. Advertising

The app displays advertising, including advertising served by Google AdMob. Advertisements are not endorsements. We are not responsible for advertisers’ products, services, or websites, and any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.

8. Our responsibility, and its limits

The app is a record-keeping tool. It does not supervise your work, does not decide where a vehicle should be parked, and does not relieve you or your employer of responsibility for the vehicles in your care.

⚠️ To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of or damage to a vehicle, for a dispute with a guest, or for any loss arising from a record that was not created, was created incorrectly, or was not synchronised. Responsibility for the vehicle rests with you and your employer.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

9. Your employer’s role

Your employer decides how the app is used in their operation, what your account may do, and how long they keep records within the limits we apply. Questions about shift rules, attendance, or disciplinary use of these records are matters for them, not for us.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or on this page, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

We may suspend access where the app is being misused, or where required to protect the service or other users.

11. Privacy

What the app collects and why is set out in the Driver App Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
