Use of ValetPro
ValetPro provides software for valet operations, guest requests, driver workflows, and operational reporting. Customers are responsible for using the service lawfully and training their teams appropriately.
Demo and Subscription
Demo discussions, onboarding details, subscription pricing, and service scope are confirmed directly with ValetPro before activation.
Customer Data
Customers retain responsibility for the accuracy of staff, vehicle, guest, and ticket information entered into the platform.
Availability
We work to keep ValetPro reliable, but service may depend on internet access, third-party providers, device availability, and customer operational practices.
